Certainly yes! We sign a Nondisclosure Agreement (NDA), where we commit to not take any images out of the office or use it for any other purposes than for the job you require. We are concerned about the privacy and security of the images we receive. We never use your images without your expressed consent for any other purpose.

No, we do not claim any copyright to derivative retouched/edited images submitted by customers, and customers are always the only copyright owner. We do NOT put our logo when editing your photos. You retain all rights to use, reproduce or display the edited photos under your own name/brand.

We need to see the images and the editing it requires before giving turnaround time. Mostly you can expect delivery within 24 hours. In case of small job or urgencies, we can process your project on priority and deliver you the work in 6-12 hours.

We can send you the edited images in any of the following formats: TIFF, PSD, CR2, JPG, PNG etc. All edited images will be sent back to you using Dropbox or Wetransfer (whichever the client prefers), email (in case of small size file), any other medium you would prefer.
